Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
What We Offer
- Store credit or exchange for all eligible returns.
- No cash refunds.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at Jennifer@halodshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once received and inspected, store credit or your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
