Return Policy

We want you to love your HALOD gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What We Offer

  • Store credit or exchange for all eligible returns.
  • No cash refunds.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Jennifer@halodshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once received and inspected, store credit or your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
